Nicole Perusse: Nicole Elizabeth Perusse is a certified hospitality service trainer and accomplished athlete. She was born on January 25, 1995, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and currently lives in Andover. Nicole has racked up an impressive list of accomplishments despite her young age. In addition to being a certified hospitality service trainer and former snowboarding champion, she is a ServSafe-qualified food handler and qualified CPR practitioner. Nicole started high school at Holderness School in Holderness, NH, then transferred to Methuen High in Massachusetts. In January 2013, she enrolled in Chelmsford High in time for her senior year. Her decision to transfer led her former alma mater to publish an article in the school paper imploring her to reconsider. In January 2015, Nicole enrolled at the Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida. Enrolling in a new school in an unfamiliar city posed significant challenges, but it also exposed her to new ideas and inspiring people and helped expand her horizons considerably.
